Trying to get feedback from these diners is tough. Anywhere you serve large portions of food, like in cafeterias, workplaces, and stadiums, it's practically impossible to get relevant feedback from everybody. How can you make it easy for them to say whether they liked the food you served? How can they tell you what they liked and what they didn't like?
Works Without Internet
This app uses a Raspberry Pi as a server. This means we don't need an internet collection to collect feedback. The Android app is used on a tablet device. Devices are placed strategically at the end of the line and at the trash bins. Users answer short questions about the food and the service on the tablet devices. The data is stored on the Pi and can be synced with the server intermittently. Collected data is then used to improve the quality of food service.
